Synopsis
Until the End, the fifteenth novel, closes the series' second cycle with the Faceless Ones having returned to the world and the forces opposing Valkyrie Cain and Skulduggery Pleasant having gained the upper hand. With the end of everything only days away and unable to rely on Valkyrie, who is absent from the fight, Skulduggery is forced to make uneasy allies of old enemies as he searches for any way to turn the tide. At the same time, the younger sorcerer Omen Darkly must step into a larger role after his twin brother, previously seen as the prophesied Chosen One, falls in the escalating conflict. The story follows Skulduggery's desperate campaign and Omen's unexpected rise to responsibility as the magical world edges toward catastrophe.
