Synopsis
We Hunt the Flame follows Zafira, a legendary hunter who disguises herself as a man in order to move freely and safely as she braves the cursed Arz forest, seeking an ancient artifact believed capable of restoring magic to her people after its slow fading has brought hardship across the land. Sent on the same mission by his father is Nasir, a prince trained as an assassin, who is given orders to kill the hunter responsible for the artifact's earlier disappearances once he identifies them. As Zafira and Nasir's paths converge in the forest, each pursuing the same goal for very different reasons, neither realizes at first who the other truly is, setting up a dangerous rivalry neither anticipated.
