Synopsis

Wrath of the Triple Goddess is the second book of The Senior Year Adventures, following the original Percy Jackson & the Olympians books. Having earned his first recommendation letter toward New Rome University, Percy Jackson accepts an offer from the goddess Hecate to pet-sit her intimidating animals, a mastiff named Hecuba and a polecat named Gale, inside her vast mansion over Halloween week while she is away on business of her own. What should be a simple favor for a second letter proves more demanding than Percy anticipated, as the mansion's strange inhabitants and Hecate's reputation for trickery make routine chores unpredictable. Joined by Annabeth and his satyr friend Grover, Percy must keep the goddess's creatures, and himself, in one piece long enough to see out the week and claim his reward.

  • Series: Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Senior Year Adventures core; position 2 of 2 in the series' recorded order

Notes

  • From the series record (Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Senior Year Adventures): Interquel continuation novels set in Percy's senior year, in-story AFTER The Heroes of Olympus and BEFORE The Trials of Apollo (September and Halloween of that school year respectively), despite publishing 9+ years later. A third volume is drafted but unpublished (announced as the last Percy-narrated adventure) and isn't counted here yet.

Publication order and internal chronology are tracked as two separate orderings and are never conflated: a book's place in one says nothing about its place in the other.
