Synopsis
The island of Lodoss, long called cursed because of its violent past, is drifting toward war again about thirty years after the Demon War. A young warrior named Parn sets out to test his skill and to restore his family's honor. Along the way he joins Etoh, the elf Deedlit, the mage Slayn, the dwarf Ghim and others. They learn that a sorceress, the Grey Witch, is steering the conflicts between kingdoms and playing the factions against each other. When a priestess's daughter is kidnapped amid the unrest, the party sets out to rescue her and to find out who is behind the scheme and what the witch wants.
