Synopsis
The closing volume of the trilogy brings its gothic saga to an end. In a world where Light and Darkness fight each other without truce, Daimon DelMoona returns to the side of his beloved Lília, devastated by the tragic consequences of the events of the previous volume, and faces the final quest of the sequence that began with his New Birth in the seventeenth century. He will not be alone in it: the companions of the earlier books, Janus MoonHunter among them, stand with him. But the question the trilogy has asked from the start remains open to the last pages: whether Daimon can ever free himself from the tragic duality, human love and vampire condition, that has torn him apart since the night he lost the woman he was to marry. A special edition of this volume was accompanied by a DVD about the world of Nocturnus.
