Synopsis
Artemis Fowl and the Eternity Code centers on the C Cube, a powerful handheld supercomputer that Artemis secretly built using stolen fairy technology recovered from his earlier schemes. When the device is stolen from him by a ruthless American businessman intent on exploiting its capabilities, Artemis must recover it before its fairy-derived secrets can be exposed to the human world, a leak that would endanger the fairies who have reluctantly come to tolerate him. The recovery effort forces Artemis to once again call on Butler's protection and, eventually, fairy assistance, as the stakes shift from personal profit toward preventing a far larger breach in the secrecy that keeps the fairy world hidden from humanity.
