Synopsis
Long ago a magical war toppled an empire, and in the fractured lands that rose from its ruins, old grudges between rival factions still smolder. Gyre believed his younger sister Maya was lost twelve years earlier, only to learn she was instead taken and raised as a warrior of the Twilight Order, the secretive faction that governs magic across the realm. Driven by that loss, Gyre has spent years scavenging in the wastelands outside the Order's control and now pursues rumors of a lost city and a powerful artifact he believes can finally bring the Order down. Maya, meanwhile, has grown into a devoted soldier serving that same Order, unaware of what became of her brother.
