Synopsis

Blitz moves between two time periods. During the Second World War, three women working for a secret British organization that combats supernatural threats witness a German bombing raid, and one of them breaks protocol to intervene and bring down an enemy aircraft, an act that inadvertently unleashes a dangerous supernatural creature. In the present day, Lynette Binns, a newly recruited Checquy operative with electromagnetic abilities, is accused of a string of murders that bear the unmistakable signature of her own powers. Forced to go on the run to clear her name, Lynette discovers that the killings are connected to the wartime incident decades earlier, and that the organization has kept the truth of what happened then hidden ever since.

Notes

Four books published 2012-2025; no announced conclusion, treated as in_progress.
