Synopsis

Hweilan went into the Feywild a girl intent on avenging her family's death and emerged a brutal killer. Nendawen the Hunter has anointed her his Hand in destroying the demonic and undead forces of his nemesis, Jagen Ghen, the murderer of her family. But though she has survived long enough to become the Hand of the Hunter, the war with Jagen Ghen has only begun, and while she hunts his forces, they hunt her. It will take every trick of the Fox, every drop of lore and every ounce of will she has to stand against him; but Hweilan will have her chance to avenge her family, or die trying. The conclusion of Mark Sehestedt's Chosen of Nendawen trilogy.

Publication order and internal chronology are tracked as two separate orderings and are never conflated: a book's place in one says nothing about its place in the other.

  • Publication order, within the series Chosen of Nendawen: position 3 of 3: previous Hand of the Hunter (2010)
  • Internal chronology, within Forgotten Realms: position 144 of 215: previous Unholy (2009) · next Key of Stars (2010)
