Synopsis
Shar is born during a supernatural storm and is meant for the Sisterhood. At sixteen she does not understand the power she carries, a power that makes her valuable to others who are waiting to claim a soul like hers. As she starts to realise what her gift is, danger and terror begin to gather around her. The book begins a trilogy about Shar that continues in The Dark Caller and Keepers of Light.
