Synopsis
Tarod has been denounced by his fellow adepts as a demon after unleashing a power that bends the fabric of time. Held captive in a castle that is trapped in a timeless limbo by a barrier his own magic cannot break, he is certain the force inside him must be stopped whatever the cost. Cyllan, a young woman who is in the castle with him and is not a true sorceress, becomes bound up in his fate. His freedom could threaten the wider world, yet he fights to escape.
