Synopsis
The Red Sixes, a mountain guard unit, are falsely accused of treason and sent to the fortress of Langre. While they are held there, the Meekhan Empire faces a disaster of its own: wilderness sites release smoke, ash and monsters, and the resulting damage threatens the country with famine. The Emperor is wounded or missing, and the story asks whether he can still stop the ruin that is coming.
