Synopsis
Taking a break from finding the dead, Harper Connelly and Tolliver drive to Texas to visit the two little girls they both think of as sisters, and the journey brings back memories of their terrible childhood. To make matters worse, Tolliver learns that his father is out of prison and trying to get back in touch with the rest of the family, and he wants nothing to do with him. As old family secrets close in on them both, Harper at last discovers what happened to her sister Cameron, who disappeared years before, and what she finds out will change her world forever.
