Synopsis
In his fourth year, Harry attends the Quidditch World Cup, where an attack by hooded figures and a dark mark in the sky signal renewed activity from Voldemort's followers, the Death Eaters. Back at Hogwarts, Dumbledore announces that the school hosts the dangerous Triwizard Tournament, in which champions from two visiting schools, Beauxbatons and Durmstrang, compete alongside a Hogwarts champion across three tasks. Although only students of age may enter, Harry, still underage, is unexpectedly chosen by the Goblet of Fire as a fourth competitor, alongside Cedric Diggory, Fleur Delacour and Viktor Krum. Hounded by the journalist Rita Skeeter, Harry prepares for the tasks while he, Ron and Hermione, with warnings from his godfather Sirius, try to understand who entered his name and why.
