Synopsis

Light Perpetual, published by Andrzej Sapkowski in 2022, concludes the Hussite Trilogy. Reynevan of Bielawa has proven himself a skilled operative for the Hussite cause, but his world is upended when the Inquisition captures his companion Jutta of Apolda, and attempts to use her as leverage to force his cooperation. Refusing to bend, Reynevan sets out on a dangerous journey across the war-ravaged landscape of Bohemia and Silesia to find and rescue her himself. His position grows only more precarious as both sides of the Hussite Wars come to regard him as a liability, the Hussites wary he might defect and their enemies aware of how dangerous he has become, forcing Reynevan to navigate a shifting web of allegiances where former friends and foes alike cannot always be trusted to stay where he left them.
