Synopsis
Morganville, Texas, is a college town where vampires and humans have mostly got along, but the arrival of the powerful vampire Bishop has shattered that peace. A violent storm is gathering over the town, and Claire Danvers and her friends prepare to defend their home. Vampires begin to disappear one by one, and Claire is drawn into searching for the cause. Her investigation leads her toward a grim choice that forces her to decide where her loyalties lie. Bishop seeks to overturn the order that the town's founder Amelie has built. Claire must work out how to protect the people she loves while the old rules fall apart.
