Synopsis
Midnight, Texas is a one-stoplight town on the way to somewhere else, with a pawnshop, a diner, a witch’s shop and a handful of residents who all keep secrets and prefer not to ask questions. The newest arrival is Manfred Bernardo, a young professional psychic who has come looking for a quiet place to work unnoticed. When the body of a missing local woman is found, the town’s carefully kept privacy is threatened, and the residents, among them the pawnshop owner Bobo Winthrop, the witch Fiji Cavanaugh and the vampire Lemuel, must work together to find out what happened before outsiders start looking too closely at Midnight.
