Synopsis
Crown Prince Murat of Culm finds the Mindsword, a Sword that makes its wielder the object of total devotion. He had meant to give it to Princess Kristin of Tasavalta, but he draws it to protect his son during a bandit attack, and he soon receives the worship usually reserved for gods. Kristin also falls under the Sword's spell, which Murat finds hollow. Meanwhile a deposed dark king allies with an untrustworthy demon to reclaim the Sword, and Prince Mark of Tasavalta must fight for his wife, his kingdom and possibly the world.
