Synopsis
Montego is a prequel novella set in the Glass Immortals universe, following twelve-year-old orphan Montego al'Bou, a provincial peasant boy taken in by the influential Grappo guild-family after his grandmother's death. He dreams of rising through the capital's brutal cudgeling arenas, a path that requires allies, cunning, and daring as much as skill.
