Synopsis
Cal Leandros and his brother Niko are trying to make a living in New York as private investigators for the supernatural, and their newest job looks simple. It starts in the back room of Moonshine, a gambling club for non-humans, where Cal expects a quick in-and-out. But Cal is very, very wrong: the brothers are being set up themselves, and the people behind the scheme have a bite much worse than their bark. The second novel deepens the brothers’ entanglement with the city’s hidden supernatural society.
