Synopsis
Bar owner Trixa Iktomi knows that inhuman creatures of light and darkness roam Las Vegas, especially since she is a bit more than human herself. After the events of Trick of the Light, in which she captured a powerful talisman and committed assorted mayhem, she has been reduced to human status for a while. Now she is approached with an unusual proposition: something has slaughtered almost a thousand demons in six months, and the killing will not stop unless Trixa and her friends step into the fight.

Publication order and internal chronology are tracked as two separate orderings and are never conflated: a book's place in one says nothing about its place in the other.

- Internal chronology, within Cal Leandros: position 4 of 12: previous Moonshine (2007) · next Madhouse (2008)
