Synopsis
Hotzenplotz escapes from the fire station where he was locked up and kidnaps Grandmother, demanding a ransom for her return. Kasperl, Seppel and Wachtmeister Dimpfelmoser are alarmed and hope the fortune-teller Frau Schlotterbeck can advise them how to get her back. The book is a second Kasperl story and asks whether the two boys and the policeman can rescue Grandmother and capture the robber once more.
