Synopsis
At Midnight’s pawnshop, weapons are flying off the shelves, only to be used in sudden and dramatic suicides at the crossroads in the middle of town. The vampire Lemuel, while translating a set of mysterious old texts, discovers what makes Midnight the place it is, and why witches and werewolves, killers and psychics have been drawn to settle there. Now the residents must come together to stop the bloodshed at the town’s heart, because if all hell breaks loose, as it very well might, it will put the secretive town on the map, which is the last place any of them want it to be.
