Synopsis
Steve and Ginny Matuchek, now married with three children, help plan Operation Luna, a smaller crewed Moon mission that is independent of NASA. Coyote and malevolent Asian spirits, possibly linked to Dr. Fu Ch'ing, try to stop it, while the IRS and NASA also get involved. The book continues the story of the werewolf and the witch from Operation Chaos in the same alternate America, where magic and spaceflight must now share the same launch schedule and the same government paperwork. It is a science fantasy that mixes rocketry with spirits and spellcraft.
