Synopsis
Gin Blanco, the assassin known as the Spider, takes on the dealers pushing Burn, a dangerous drug, in the city of Ashland. She acts to protect her friends and to keep her sister, a police detective, from getting hurt. The trouble runs deeper than street dealers: a vampire is behind the drug, and the threat echoes Gin's earlier battle with Mab Monroe, the Fire elemental who ran the underworld. Gin must use her Ice and Stone magic and her skill with knives to follow the supply chain to its source and stop it before the people she loves are harmed.
