Synopsis
A group of friends playing a tabletop fantasy game is shown a set of new miniature figures. When Martin picks up a swordsman figure, he is pulled out of his own life and into the body of the warrior Milo Jagon in the city of Greyhawk, the world of the game. His companions have been carried there too, each taking on the shape of the character they played. They cannot remember their lives on Earth, and each wears a bracelet with spinning dice that cannot be removed. A magical compulsion drives them north to the fortress of Quag Keep, where they are meant to confront a dark power that threatens both worlds. Distrust and shifting loyalties mark their journey.
