Synopsis
Relentless concludes the Generations trilogy as Drizzt Do'Urden, his father Zaknafein, and their companions face escalating consequences from the drow politics and demonic incursions set in motion earlier in the trilogy. The spider goddess Lolth's growing influence over the surface world presents what becomes the group's greatest challenge yet, as enemies pursue them out of Menzoberranzan and complications from their earlier choices catch up with them. The novel draws together the trilogy's many threads, following the companions as they are pushed toward a final reckoning with the forces, both political and demonic, that have shadowed Drizzt's return to the city of his birth throughout Timeless and Boundless.
