Synopsis
Three years after the events of Runemarks, the Order has been destroyed and the gods have regrouped in the village of Malbry. Chaos is spreading into the ordinary world, and a prophecy and a set of unnatural creatures suggest that a breach could lead to another apocalypse, with only twelve days left. Maddy and her friends must face Maggie Rede, a renegade from World's End who grew up there as a girl of Maddy's age. Maddy and Maggie are both daughters of Thor, and they stand on opposite sides of a war between the new gods and the old.
