Synopsis
Searching for Dragons continues the Enchanted Forest Chronicles. Mendanbar, the young King of the Enchanted Forest, discovers a series of unexplained burned patches where the magical network sustaining the forest has mysteriously vanished. Investigating the sites, he finds dragon scales that a local witch determines were magically altered to make the damage look like the work of several different dragons rather than one. Seeking answers from Kazul, the Dragon King, Mendanbar instead finds her assistant Cimorene, who reveals that Kazul has failed to return from negotiations with the Frost Giants to the north. Unwilling to let Cimorene search alone, Mendanbar joins her on a journey through the forest to find the missing Dragon King, a quest that steadily uncovers signs of a wizard conspiracy threatening the forest's magic and its inhabitants.
