Synopsis
Cara returns to Earth to find her grandmother Ivy, the mysterious Wanderer, and to understand her family's past. Crossing Luster, the refuge where the unicorns fled from their Hunters, she meets new dangers, new companions and clues about her grandmother's history at every stage of the journey. Three unicorns, Moonheart, Finder and Belle, accompany her. Along the way she meets Beloved, a determined ancestor who plans to enter Luster and destroy the unicorns, and she sees her missing mother in a vision through a red jewel. The path forces Cara to decide whom she can trust.
