Synopsis

Georgina Kincaid, a Seattle succubus still reeling from heartbreak after discovering her boyfriend Seth slept with her friend Maddie, spirals into destructive behavior, growing hostile and using her succubus powers recklessly to feed off morally weak men. Her demon boss Jerome, displeased with her attitude, exiles her to Vancouver to work under rival archdemon Cedric, assigning her to investigate and shut down a group of amateur self-styled satanists whose activities are drawing unwanted supernatural attention. The situation escalates sharply when Jerome vanishes after being summoned by a human magician, and every immortal under his authority, Georgina included, suddenly loses their powers. Stripped of her ability to shapeshift or drain life force, Georgina must adjust to unexpected mortality while trying to find out who orchestrated Jerome's disappearance and the wider crisis threatening her world.

Notes

  • From the series record (Georgina Kincaid): Complete six-novel urban fantasy series narrated by a succubus working in Seattle; confirmed a separate, unrelated universe from Mead's other urban fantasy series, Vampire Academy, Bloodlines, and Dark Swan.

Publication order and internal chronology are tracked as two separate orderings, but they resolve to the exact same sequence for this book, so one combined line is shown instead of two identical ones.
