Synopsis
The Atlas Six follows six exceptionally talented young magicians -- physicists Nico de Varona and Libby Rhodes, illusionist Tristan Caine, telepath Parisa Kamali, naturalist Reina Mori and empath Callum Nova -- who are each given the rare opportunity to join the secretive Alexandrian Society, an elite, centuries-old organization for magical scholars with access to knowledge unavailable anywhere else. As the six begin their initiation and training within the Society's hidden library, alliances and rivalries form rapidly among a group whose members are as suspicious of one another as they are of the shadowy figures overseeing their admission, and it becomes clear that not everything about their selection, or the Society itself, is as straightforward as it first appears. The novel follows this uneasy cohort as personal ambition and academic rivalry begin to shade into something more dangerous.
