Synopsis
Field Marshal Tamas has returned to Adro after months spent fighting behind enemy lines, only to find the capital fallen to foreign invaders and the young republic on the brink of collapse. The story follows multiple perspectives, including Inspector Adamat, searching for his kidnapped son amid the chaos of occupation, and Taniel Two-Shot, now hunted by former allies who suspect his loyalties, as the characters navigate a fractured military command and struggle to reclaim their nation. With gods and ancient magics stirring alongside the earthly war, the trilogy's central cast must decide how much they are willing to sacrifice to see the revolution survive its first true test.
