Synopsis
The second novella in Steven Erikson's Tales of Bauchelain and Korbal Broach. In the suspiciously virtuous city of Quaint, the necromancers Bauchelain and Korbal Broach, along with their manservant Emancipor Reese, get drawn into a scheme to bring that goodness into disrepute.
