Synopsis
The Heart Forger continues Tea's account to the bard, picking up her training in Kion as she grows more accomplished in her death magic and increasingly drawn to its darker uses. Bound to Fox, the brother she raised as an infant asha and has kept tied to life ever since, she joins him and her allies on a mission connected to a dragon-like daeva, one of the ancient beasts that dark asha are sworn to hunt, while searching for a way to strengthen the fragile bond that sustains him. As her power grows, so does the cost of wielding it, straining her relationships with the sisterhood of asha who trained her and pulling her toward choices that set her further apart from them.
