Synopsis

In the third and final Cronus Chronicles novel, the scheming Philonecron returns with Poseidon's stolen trident in hand, determined to seize control of Olympus itself after his earlier defeats at the hands of two ordinary mortal children. Charlotte and her cousin Zee, still without any special powers or chosen-one destiny to rely on, travel to Mount Olympus to warn Zeus and put a permanent stop to Philonecron's ambitions before he can carry them out. Facing down a cast of gods who are by turns magnificent, petty, and absurdly powerful, and contending with fresh mythological chaos including a chimera loose on their own school grounds, the two cousins must rely on nothing more than determination and loyalty to each other to see the confrontation through to its end.
