Synopsis
The Indigo Spell is the third installment in Richelle Mead's Bloodlines series, following Alchemist Sydney Sage as she secretly develops human magical abilities while continuing to navigate dangerous threats to the group hiding in Palm Springs. The story centers on Sydney's quest, alongside newly learned spells taught by an unconventional teacher, to track down a dangerous adversary connected to a string of disappearances, all while she grapples with her forbidden and growing romantic feelings for the Moroi royal Adrian Ivashkov. Torn between her rigid Alchemist training and her loyalty to friends the organization considers unclean, Sydney is pushed toward choices that could cost her everything she has known.
