Synopsis

Picking up after the recovery of the Scepter of Seasons, this third novel in the Iron Fey series opens with Ash banished from the Winter Court for openly declaring his love for Meghan, a human-fey princess, in defiance of the divide between their worlds. Determined to have their shared exile lifted, Meghan sets her sights on the Iron Realm and its ruler, the new Iron King, understanding that only by directly challenging this rising power can she hope to restore what Ash has lost. Her path forces her deeper into the largely unknown territory of the Iron Fey, a faction born from human technology and largely shunned by the traditional Summer and Winter Courts, as she seeks to claim a new and uncertain role for herself within the wider faery world.

Notes

  • From the series record (The Iron Fey): The original quartet, following Meghan Chase's discovery of her fae heritage and the war against the Iron Fey. This author has written several further sequel/spin-off trilogies in the same world (Call of the Forgotten, Evenfall) which are deliberately left unresearched this pass rather than guessed at;
