Synopsis
The Jasad Crown concludes The Scorched Throne duology. Sylvia, the Jasad Heir, has been captured by the Urabi, who believe her magic can restore their long-ruined homeland, and she must work to earn their trust while hiding secrets about her own nature and the unsettling effects her power has begun to have on her mind. Meanwhile Arin, the Nizahl Heir, searches for her from within his own kingdom, navigating rising political tension there while uncovering truths that unsettle everything he believed about his family and about the destruction of Jasad years earlier. As both storylines advance, Sylvia's goals shift from simple survival toward the possibility of reclaiming her throne outright, even as a dangerous magical ritual looms over her future.
