Synopsis
The dwarf sorcerer Zinixo still holds the Impire. Rap, a former stable boy who is now a king and a sorcerer, and the true Imperor Shandie set out to gather the free sorcerers who remain in the world, since only together do they have any chance of destroying him. The odds against them are slim until a young pixie girl joins their cause. The story follows several separate threads as the heroes search for allies in different regions of Pandemia, each of them racing against Zinixo's own plans.

Publication order and internal chronology are tracked as two separate orderings and are never conflated: a book's place in one says nothing about its place in the other.
