Synopsis
Concluding the Chanters of Tremaris trilogy, The Tenth Power finds Calwyn, having lost her chanting powers in an accident, returning to her former home in Antaris hoping to find support and a place among her old sisterhood again. Instead she discovers the community in serious decline, afflicted by a spreading ailment known as snow-sickness, and the priestesses look to her return as a possible means of saving them. From the dying former High Priestess Marna, Calwyn learns of a legendary Tenth Power tied to a magical Wheel that has been broken into two halves, one of which is held by her old enemy Samis. Believing that reuniting the two halves may be the only way to halt Tremaris's decline, Calwyn must find the missing piece despite no longer having any magic of her own to rely on.
