Synopsis

Only months after saving the world, Seattle patrol officer Joanne Walker faces another apocalypse. She is still a reluctant shaman, still learning what her powers mean, and her spirit guide Coyote has vanished just when she needs him most. While trying to deal with the trouble around her, Joanne accidentally releases demons from the Lower World onto the streets of Seattle. She cannot handle this alone, so she has to look for help from people she is not sure she can trust, and she must find a way to control her abilities before the final confrontation arrives. Meanwhile her work as a cop and her growing involvement with the supernatural keep pulling her in opposite directions.
