Synopsis
To Green Angel Tower concludes the original Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn trilogy, as Prince Josua's gathered forces make their stand against the undead armies threatening the Stone of Farewell while the Storm King's power continues to grow. In the course of the fighting, Simon and his allies learn that one of the three legendary swords needed to oppose the Storm King is, in fact, an ancient king's blade hidden within Hayholt Castle itself, and Simon undertakes a dangerous mission to retrieve it from the heart of enemy-held territory. Elsewhere, Princess Miriamele, held captive, and Princess Maegwin, struggling against despair, each play their own part in the wider effort to piece together an ancient prophecy that may hold the key to ending the Storm King's threat and restoring peace to Osten Ard.
