Synopsis

Voice of the Gods, concluding novel of the Age of the Five trilogy, finds Auraya serving as protector of the Siyee, a winged people under her care, while facing escalating and increasingly troubling demands from the gods of the Circle she has sworn to serve. Her growing doubts about the Circle's true nature, seeded in the earlier volumes, come to a head as she is forced to weigh personal loyalty to friends and allies against her formal obligations to the divine pantheon. Elsewhere, the Wilds, the persecuted immortal sorcerers introduced earlier in the trilogy, continue searching for ways to challenge the gods' authority, while other factions across Ithania pursue their own hidden agendas connected to ancient secrets about the Circle's origins.
