Synopsis
Last of the Wilds, second novel in the Age of the Five trilogy, continues the story of Auraya, now established among the White, the human representatives of the Circle of Gods in Ithania, as her investigations lead her toward long-hidden truths about the deities she serves. Her path brings her into contact with the Wilds, a group of immortal sorcerers who were persecuted and driven into hiding by the very gods of the Circle in generations past. As Auraya learns more about the Wilds and their history, she begins to suspect that the gods she was raised to revere are not what she and the rest of Ithania have always believed them to be.
