Synopsis
Adam Binder is a broke gay man living in an Oklahoma trailer park, and he has always been able to see a hidden realm of elves, gnomes and spirits. The gift has cost him his family's trust. When cursed artifacts suggest his missing father, a suspected warlock, is behind something, Adam follows them to Denver. There his brother Bobby asks for help: Bobby's wife Annie has been taken over by an ancient, dangerous spirit. To save her and learn the truth about his father, Adam has to bargain with powerful beings and bind part of his magic to a police officer named Vic Martinez. The two grow close as the danger in the city spreads.
