Synopsis
Wizard's Holiday, seventh novel in the Young Wizards series, begins when Nita's younger sister, Dairine, enrolls herself in an intergalactic exchange program without authorization, prompting Nita and Kit to be sent in her place to the planet Alaalu for what is meant to be a relaxing, low-stakes trip. Alaalu initially presents itself as an idyllic vacation world, but Nita soon experiences unsettling dreams and begins to suspect that the planet's peaceful surface conceals a darker truth: an avatar of the Lone Power has been trapped there since the Alaalu people long ago refused its offer connected to entropy. First published in 2003, Wizard's Holiday belongs to the Young Wizards series.
