Overview

Tom Deitz's David Sullivan series is a run of nine contemporary fantasy novels published between 1986 and 1999, set in the north Georgia mountains. David Sullivan, a teenager who prefers old legends to his peers, gains the Second Sight and sees Tir-Nan-Og, the realm of the Sidhe. With his friends, among them the Cherokee Calvin McIntosh, Alec McLean and Liz Hughes, he is drawn into a war between the Light and Dark powers of Faerie, and later into the mounting pressure between the human and Faerie worlds. The books follow in order, beginning with Windmaster's Bane and ending with Warstalker's Track, in which David helps rescue the deposed Faerie king.
