Overview
The Godblind trilogy is a grimdark epic set in a kingdom whose peace is shattered by the return of the Red Gods, a bloodthirsty pantheon whose fanatical worshippers, the Mireces, have spent a generation planning an invasion. Told across a wide cast of soldiers, priests, and rulers on both sides of the conflict, the trilogy is unsparing about the human cost of holy war, moving from a single besieged castle to a kingdom-wide reckoning with what the Red Gods actually demand of their followers.
