Synopsis
Angry Lead Skies, the tenth Garrett P.I. novel, begins when Garrett's longtime friend Playmate brings him a boy named Kip Prose who has somehow befriended strange, otherworldly creatures that most people in TunFaire cannot even comprehend, and this connection immediately puts Kip in danger. As word spreads, multiple parties start pursuing the boy with plans to kidnap him because of his ties to these beings, and the case escalates sharply when Playmate himself disappears and bizarre attackers begin showing up around the city, forcing Garrett to piece together what Kip's strange friends actually are before more people are hurt. First published in 2002, Angry Lead Skies belongs to the Garrett P.I. series.
